I was born in 1963 in Balikesir/Turkey. In 1971 I moved with my family to Germany and grew up in the Rhineland. An early fascination with the aeronautics in all its forms influenced my further life. As a schoolboy I began to fly gliders. In 1984 I made my German Abitur
(University Entrance Examinations) and began my academic career with the study of Mechanical Engineering/Air and Space Technology/Aircraft Design in Aachen. I finished my study as an aircraft engineer. Since 1995 I am living in Munich. |
